How Shipping Works

YANGGAH is a global multi-vendor marketplace with vendors based in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and beyond. Each vendor ships their items independently, so orders containing items from multiple vendors will arrive in separate packages with a separate shipping charge per vendor package.

Shipping costs are set by each vendor and are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery country. The cost you see is the vendor's own rate for your destination — not a platform-imposed fee.

Estimated Shipping

When a vendor has not set a specific rate for your destination, checkout will display an “Estimated shipping” figure based on platform reference rates. This is an approximation and the actual carrier cost may differ. By placing an order with an estimated shipping rate, you acknowledge that the amount shown is a good-faith approximation. Vendors are responsible for covering any shortfall between their estimated rate and the actual carrier cost — this will never be charged to the buyer after checkout.

Shipping Zones

Vendors configure shipping by destination zone. The zones and how they resolve to your location are:

Vendors may also offer free shipping for any zone. Free shipping is shown clearly at checkout.

International Orders

Delivery timelines for international orders depend on the vendor's location and chosen carrier. Typical transit times range from 3–5 business days (within the same region) to 7–14 business days (cross-continental). Vendors are responsible for communicating estimated delivery times on their listings.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. YANGGAH has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Your payment is held in escrow and only released to the vendor after you confirm receipt — or after a 48-hour inspection window passes from the time your order is marked delivered. During this window you can raise a dispute if the item is not as described or does not arrive.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom or made-to-order garments are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or significantly not as described.

To start a return, contact support@yanggah.com with your order number, photos of the item, and your reason for return. We will coordinate with the vendor and provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected by the vendor, the escrow funds are returned to you within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. International refunds are processed in the currency you paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
